Exchange Policy - Jani Silk
Policy Duration: You have 7 days to request an exchange from your purchase date. After 7 days, we cannot accept exchanges.
Exchange Requirements:
- Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Items must be in the same condition as shown in the video, not damaged or missing parts due to any error from our side.
Sale Items:
- Only regular-priced items can be exchanged.
- Sale items cannot be exchanged.
Defective or Damaged Items:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping:
To return your product, mail it to:
info@janisilk.com
I want you to know that you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your damaged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
