Exchange Policy - Jani Silk

Policy Duration: You have 7 days to request an exchange from your purchase date. After 7 days, we cannot accept exchanges.

Exchange Requirements:

  • Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Items must be in the same condition as shown in the video, not damaged or missing parts due to any error from our side.

Sale Items:

  • Only regular-priced items can be exchanged.
  • Sale items cannot be exchanged.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@janisilk.com

Shipping:

  • To return your product, mail it to:

    info@janisilk.com

  • I want you to know that you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your damaged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location
